The Moors Valley Railway is open everyday from Spring Bank Holiday week at the end of May through to early September, during Dorset School Holidays and on weekends throughout the year. 10.45am to 4.30pm (5pm in Summer).

Situated on the shores of Christchurch Harbour, the centre runs outdoor pursuits and environmental activities for schools during the school day. It also runs courses for groups, organisations and the public. Courses include sailing, kayaking, canoeing, raft building, team building, powerboating, first aid, multi activity and action adventure days. The Centre also provides instructor courses in sailing and kayaking. There are also boredom buster and environmental courses for 7-9yr olds in the holidays The Centre is an RYA training centre, a BCU approved centre and is licensed with the Adventure Activities Licensing Authority. also feature under

This friendly club provides an all round canoeing / kayaking experience for novice & experts alike. The club is based at Christchurch rowing club on the quay. Qualified coaches in attendance at all times. Minimum age 8 years. Days/Times: The club meets every Thursday evening at 6.15p.m. during the season (Daylight permitting) Club trips are organised on a regular basis at weekends.
